Raman Khosla is responsible for all of the Firm’s acquisition, disposition, financial structuring, asset management and fund raising. With approximately 25 years of real estate experience, Raman has closed over $1 billion in real estate transactions across 5000 apartment units, 100,000 square feet of retail shopping centers, and 100,000 square feet of medical office space throughout the Northeast. He previously worked at Paine Webber, Wachovia Securities and a privately held real estate investment and management firm.

RAJAN KHOSLA

COO

Rajan is responsible for the Firm’s portfolio of properties in the tri-state area. He works in conjunction with the operations team to drive performance at the property level and provide strategic direction to optimize business results. He has over 20 years of industry experience and plays a crucial role in strategic value-add initiatives and oversight across the portfolio.

HASSAN RASHEED

Senior Finance & HR Manager

Hassan is responsible for managing firms finance and HR operations. With over 12 years of industry experience, he focuses on financial and operating benchmarks, budgets and lender-investor reporting. He works directly with CEO to develop, implement and enforce consistent internal controls, to maximize protection of company’s assets, financial policies and procedures

MICHAEL SHETLER

Business Development Director

Michael has been selling real estate in North Jersey since 2005. He earned the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Award 11 times including Gold level in 2021 and was named one of Bergen’s Top Agents in 2023. Michael is a real estate investor and landlord. He’s also successfully fixed and flipped multiple properties.

JOSHUA MANAFORT

Director of Operations

Joshua is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the properties. He works closely with each building’s management team to drive results and minimize costs. With 20 years of hospitality experience Joshua brings innovative thinking that has resulted in a unique, talented workforce with integrity, inclusion, and collaboration.

JENNIFER CRUCETA

Senior Accounting Manager

Jennifer is responsible for managing multiple accounting functions and operations, as well as overseeing the implementation of our accounting systems and procedures. She possesses over 15 years of experience in the banking industry and real estate management. She previously worked at TD Bank, Wells Fargo, and a private real estate management company.

JESSICA AGOSTINO

Regional Property Manager

Jessica has 12 years of property management experience in varying markets from Florida to Connecticut. She started as a leasing consultant in 2012 in South Florida and has had varying roles through the years. She is passionate about providing a memorable experience for all in her communities and strives to achieve that in every aspect.

Senior Property Manager

With over 7 years of experience in property management, Marina is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maximizing the value of every property she oversees. Specializing in residential properties, she possesses a keen understanding of tenant relations, financial management, and effective marketing strategies.

LAMONT HARRIS

Regional Maintenance Manager

Lamont brings 13 years of maintenance management experience across the tri-state area. He started at AvalonBay Communities, where he gained a solid foundation in property maintenance. In 2013, he joined Bozzuto Management where he received the Eastern and Southern Region District Maintenance Manager of the Year Award in 2019.
